Fig mesh tank IQOS in New Zealand: the order shortlist
Fig in New Zealand: 20 units tested over 5 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for New Zealand.
What fig costs in New Zealand
Fig in New Zealand reaches the shelf in mesh tank formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Fig mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: fig in New Zealand works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a fig mesh tank really costs in New Zealand
A fig mesh tank from the pre-order options in New Zealand costs about NZ$3.13 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested fig in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Zealand, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every fig bottle shipped into New Zealand.
- Batch code and production date, so a fig bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Zealand, not a suggestion.
Where fig goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long fig in New Zealand survives.
- Mixing fig with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
New Zealand sets its own nicotine rules by regulation, not EU TPD.
Packaging for fig in New Zealand must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
