Lemon box mod IQOS in New Zealand: the compare shortlist
Lemon in New Zealand: 19 units tested over 2 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Zealand.
How we tested Lemon box mod here
Lemon in New Zealand reaches the shelf in box mod formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Lemon prices move with import duty more than with brand. In New Zealand that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within NZ$2.02 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long lemon tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a lemon box mod really costs in New Zealand
Most people searching IQOS in New Zealand are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested lemon in a box mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Zealand, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in New Zealand, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Zealand, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a lemon bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Treating the advertised NZ$63 entry kit as the real cost when refills run NZ$2.02 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Zealand accept nicotine freight.
