Lemon RDA IQOS in New Zealand: the cheap shortlist
Lemon in New Zealand: 7 units tested over 2 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Zealand.
What lemon costs in New Zealand
Lemon in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In New Zealand the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Lemon RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

How we tested lemon in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Zealand, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lemon bottle shipped into New Zealand.
- Batch code and production date, so a lemon bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long lemon in New Zealand survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Zealand sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On lemon the budget price and the premium price can sit within NZ$3.11 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
Why does lemon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the lemon blend itself harsh.
