Lemon RDA IQOS in New Zealand: the guide shortlist
Lemon in New Zealand: 7 units tested over 6 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Zealand.
Coil life, liquid cost and the lemon habit
The honest read on lemon: 7 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Lemon in New Zealand reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: lemon in New Zealand works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lemon RDA really costs in New Zealand
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Zealand. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested lemon in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Zealand, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a lemon bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Zealand accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
New Zealand sets its own nicotine rules by regulation, not EU TPD. Shipping of nicotine to New Zealand runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to New Zealand need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Entry kit | NZ$36 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | NZ$2.23 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to New Zealand?
Yes, tracked to 4–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does lemon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the lemon blend itself harsh.
How long does lemon in a RDA last?
In New Zealand we measured 6 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
