Mango refill pack IQOS in New Zealand: the compare shortlist
Mango in New Zealand: 22 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Zealand.
Coil life, liquid cost and the mango habit
Mango prices move with import duty more than with brand. In New Zealand that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within NZ$2.41 per 10 ml.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Zealand. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long mango tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mango refill pack really costs in New Zealand
Mango refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested mango in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Zealand, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mango bottle shipped into New Zealand.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a mango bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where mango goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Zealand accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing mango with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
New Zealand sets its own nicotine rules by regulation, not EU TPD.
Retail sales in New Zealand sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
