Mango vape pen IQOS in New Zealand: the compare shortlist
Mango in New Zealand: 18 units tested over 8 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Zealand.
Choosing a vape pen for mango
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Zealand. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Mango prices move with import duty more than with brand. In New Zealand that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within NZ$2.49 per 10 ml.
The short version: mango in New Zealand works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mango vape pen really costs in New Zealand
We run mango the same way in New Zealand: same vape pen, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested mango in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Zealand, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a mango bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Zealand, not a suggestion.
Where mango goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mango in New Zealand survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mango tastes flat after two days.
