Nutty box mod IQOS in New Zealand: the cheap shortlist
Nutty in New Zealand: 19 units tested over 3 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Zealand.
What the label on Nutty is allowed to say
A nutty box mod from the cheapest options in New Zealand costs about NZ$1.98 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Nutty sounds like one product. It is not: a box mod running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long nutty tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a nutty box mod really costs in New Zealand
We run nutty the same way in New Zealand: same box mod, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested nutty in a box mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every nutty bottle shipped into New Zealand.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in New Zealand, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where nutty goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why nutty tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
