Pear refill pack IQOS in New Zealand: the wholesale shortlist
Pear in New Zealand: 9 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Zealand.
Coil life, liquid cost and the pear habit
Pear in New Zealand reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
A pear refill pack from the bulk options in New Zealand costs about NZ$1.7 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long pear tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested pear in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Zealand, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in New Zealand, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Zealand, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every pear bottle shipped into New Zealand.
Where pear goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Zealand accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long pear in New Zealand survives.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in New Zealand stocks.
The rules that apply here
New Zealand sets its own nicotine rules by regulation, not EU TPD. Shipping of nicotine to New Zealand runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
